Pre Event :
Press release to launch partnership- Availability for editorial space in e-newsletters to participants where appropriate - to be written by the sponsor (with editorial rights held by ReesLeisure)
- Minimum of 5 social media posts on Sailing Week and ReesLeisure channels.
- Logo on event website and sailing packs.
- Cup title and naming rights e.g. Company Name Hampshire Cup.
Event Day:
- Branded Sunsail 41.0 Yacht on your Cup Sponsor day with up to 8 guests on board +
- Branded Cup Award e.g Company Name Hampshire Cup.
- Forestay flag on yacht (3.1m)
- Class flag on all yachts in the fleet
- Space for leaflets or give-aways in yacht guest goodie bags.
- Cup briefing and speech at event breakfast and post racing awards/drinks
- Awarding of the trophy to the winner
Post Event:
- Inclusion in post-event in e-newsletter to database of approx. 20,000
- Minimum of 5 posts on each form of social media
- Inclusion in post event-press release of the winners
